Glass Blowing Blog

Friday, August 24th, 2007

There is a new glass blowing blog set up at Whirled Glass.com. They review other glass blowing sites and suppliers and they are giving the public readers the ease of voting for their favorite site. You can also add your glass blowing related sites to their directory.

The blog is set up to talk about all the glass blowing companies on the internet. They have quite a few reviews for sites on there already but they are always willing to do more. You can get them to review your site and company with a simple request via email. The posts are set up so that you can vote for the sites or companies that are reviewed. This is a cool way to find out who is the best of the best. This also will earn the reviewee a chance to win a free featured link in the Directory.

The Whirled Glass Directory is set up and categorized by State and there are a few miscellaneous categories for people that are only selling products or information online and don’t have a brick and mortar operation. You can submit your URL for free with a reciprocal link on your site or you can choose the $5 option .. that will help those guys out a little with hosting and whatnot.

Check them out and submit your site while all these great services are free.

Beaumont

Saturday, August 4th, 2007

We have been looking at property in Texas, Beaumont in particular and there is this AWESOME property .. not for what we are looking for, but awesome none the less. It looks like it used to be a church or something. There is this HUGE room with church style benches and a little stage.

Come to think about it .. maybe that would be great for us to have shows at. We could host our own shows for local bands and charge at the door. No drinks caues a liquor license is TOO expensive.

I think maybe we keep looking though and see if there is anything with a little more land to it.
